Parabolic Primary Mirror: Many entry-level 114mm reflectors use spherical mirrors, which suffer from “spherical aberration” (a defect that prevents light from focusing at a single point). The Omni XLT 114 uses a parabolic mirror, which corrects this to provide much crisper, clearer images.
